• 2 attractively priced plans with $750 and $1000 annual maximums, per person, for Preventive, Basic & Major Services
• Both plans include additional orthodontia coverage of $500 per person
• Unique Maximum Rollover Feature which allows members to roll over a portion of their unused annual maximum.
